Where do you train and hold classes?
I hold classes and personal training at Johnstown Strength in Johnstown, Colorado. Johnstown Strength is located at 22 S. Parish Ave., Johnstown, CO 80534.
If you have a gym you like to train at that allows outside personal trainers, I am also happy to travel to your gym for personal training sessions.
Do you only work with pregnant and postpartum clients?
No! I can work with you even if you have never been pregnant or postpartum. My expertise is female-focused and I train in a way that gives special consideration to the female body, particularly the core and pelvic floor.
How do I sign up for a class or personal training?

What kind of exercise do your classes focus on?
Across the board, my classes have a strength and conditioning focus. However, in personal training sessions we adjust training depending on your specific goals!

Please ensure you have obtained clearance to return to exercise from your medical provider prior to starting this class. It is recommended that you obtain clearance from a pelvic floor physical therapist as well.
